You’ll be able to maintain your privacy while sunbathing or swimming due to the screening around the pool area. Community Description Highlands Reserve is a mixed golf community that sits on SR27 and is less than 10 miles from Disney world. The community is made up of both residential and short-term rental homes ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, the community is built and was designed around the golf course, so some homes have gorgeous golf course views. The community also has a children’s play lot, tennis courts and, of course, the golf course, practice area and small clubhouse. The golf course itself is very well known and was designed to be tree lined and undulating it was based on some of the Scottish golf courses with spacious fairways and large but very difficult greens.
